#tbt …and I thought I was a product junkie

I am really enjoying looking back and digging up my older blog posts from the early days of my hair journey. It’s been quite interesting to see the change of my mentality from then till now. This is one of the main reasons why I love documenting my life on my blog and my journals, I love the feeling of looking back and seeing how far I have come 🙂

Anyhoo – this post is from my lifestyle blog which I have since closed down. The post is from March 2013 – and I was just sharing my hair product stash at that time, I really thought I was out of hand 😀 – right now I would love to have that size stash, with different products of course, it was so much easier to manage!

Here goes:

Since starting taking care of my hair the right way, I have been trying out new hair products to see what works for me and what doesn’t. I buy these based on internet reviews and based on what I think my hair needs. I have definitely had some hits and misses along the way, but I shudder at the thought of throwing something away, so I find a way to use it somehow within my regimen. This is my current stash, and I am making a vow not to buy any more!

Side note: The only product that is pictured here that I still use is the glycerine – everything else has been booted out! I used to live off oils from Clicks, because they were much cheaper and at the time I was on a student budget and I could not afford the less processed oils.
